The version 4 Toronto Green Standard crosswalk for new mid to high-rise residential and non-residential developments, the counterpart to the city-owned facilities crosswalk, comparing measures effective May 1, 2022 against LEED v4/v4.1 BD+C, the Zero Carbon Building design standard 3.0 and the Passive House standard. Where the city-owned crosswalk holds one LEED table, this one carries three — Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 — then Tables 4 and 5 set the carbon, energy and airtightness figures by building type.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
