Overview

The City of Brampton's one-page urban design submission list for a garden suite review, the garden suite counterpart to its custom home review sheet. It names nine items, one digital copy each: site plan, building elevations with material specifications, floor plans, roof plan, legal property survey, grading and servicing plan, registered owner's authorization, coloured elevations, 3D renderings or a material sample board, and other documents. Notes cover drawing conventions, conformity with the garden suites design guidelines, and trees over 30 cm DBH.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
