The City of Markham's plumbing data form for interior alterations to an existing house, semi-detached house or townhouse unit, submitted with a building permit application. It records existing and new building drains and sewers — municipal or private, sewage or septic — and a fixture-by-fixture count comparing interior alterations to new construction across bathtubs, sinks, water closets, dishwashers and other plumbing fixtures. The permit applicant signs a declaration that the count matches the submitted drawings. Prescribed by the Chief Building Official under the City of Markham building by-law.
