The City of Markham's plumbing data form for all Part 9 housing applications, distinct from the general Plumbing Data Form used for other building types. Completed for new custom homes, qualifying additions, interior alterations, coach houses and accessory buildings with plumbing, it records existing or new building drains, sewers, and water and sewage servicing, a fixture-unit hydraulic load calculation drawn from Ontario Building Code Division B, Table 7.6.3.2.A, and the resulting water service pipe size under Division B, Sentence 7.6.3.1. A professional engineer or architect declares the water service section; the permit applicant declares the form as a whole.
