A City of Brampton by-law amending Zoning By-law 270-2004, published on the city's recent parking by-laws page. It replaces Schedule B-7 with a wider downtown, central area and Hurontario/Main corridor boundary, and rewrites section 20.3.2 so that no minimum parking applies to uses inside that boundary apart from named exceptions: visitor parking at 0.20 spaces per unit, ground-related dwellings, lodging houses, senior citizen residences and accessible spaces under Traffic By-law 93-93. A city clerk's declaration and the schedule map are attached.

What it covers

  • Schedule B-7 to Zoning By-law 270-2004, as amended
  • Downtown, Central Area and Hurontario/Main Corridor: Special Parking Provisions
  • Special Parking Provisions Boundary
  • Declaration
