The City of Brampton's terms of reference for a community design guidelines document, the supporting document submitted at block plan stage that carries the community design framework forward into detail. It sets three design components — a community design plan of structuring elements and special character areas, demonstration plans for each special character area, and landscape and built form guidelines — then covers conformity to the Development Design Guidelines, the control landscape architect and control architect review, a cost sharing matrix, and eight sample appendices.
