The City of Brampton's 2014 development charges by-law for transit services, in force from August 1, 2014 for five years and repealing by-law 226-2009. Its short title names it the City of Brampton Development Charges By-law for Transit Services, 2014. Schedule 'A' sets a transit charge by residential unit type and schedule 'B' prints $4.79 per square metre for both the industrial or office and the non-industrial or non-office rate — a tenth of the transit charge the city's 2024 by-law would carry a decade later.
