The City of Brampton's development charges by-law for roads services, numbered 116-2024 and printed as an office consolidation with amendment 189-2024, repealing by-law 135-2019 as it comes into force on August 2, 2024. It carries the largest charges in the city's set and is the only one whose later schedule splits them: schedule 'A' shows $23,842 for a single or semi to January 1, 2025, while 'A1' from January 2, 2025 lists roads and related excluding BramWest/NSTC at $28,013 plus $2,131 for BramWest/NSTC.
