A single-page City of Brampton by-law designating the whole city as an area of demolition control. Its recitals set it on section 33 of the Planning Act, which allows such a designation where a by-law prescribing standards for property maintenance and occupancy is in force, and name By-law 104-96, the Property Standards By-law, as that by-law. The enacting clause applies the designation city-wide. It carries the signatures of the Mayor and the Clerk and a planning approval block.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
