The program guide for the development charges incentive under Brampton's Central Area Community Improvement Plan 2007. Written as twelve numbered questions, it describes the incentive as the city paying part or all of the city portion of the development charge on an owner's behalf, sets out the eligible land use designations in the Downtown Brampton and Queen Street Corridor secondary plans, and covers the Main Street North small business stimulus policy and the historic commercial core above-grade rehabilitation incentive. Appendices carry the program boundary map and the criteria scoring summary.
