A single-page card from the City of Brampton Building Division on which a plumbing contractor draws the drain plan as installed. It heads with the permit, lot and plan numbers and the municipal address, and takes the contractor's name, licence number, address, phone and signature. Outside inspector and inside inspector approval lines with dates follow. Three testing procedures are listed: a ball test on outside sewers, water and ball testing on inside building drains, and water service at 102 p.s.i. air or 145 p.s.i. hydrostatic for one hour.
