The City of Brampton's terms of reference for two environmental studies: the environmental implementation report prepared at block plan stage, and the environmental impact study prepared where development may affect a natural heritage feature. It describes the four parts each report contains — executive summary, background information, impact assessment and mitigation, and monitoring and overall benefit summary — with the natural features inventory, potential supporting studies, constraints and opportunities mapping, water balance, and adaptive environmental monitoring. Report format, mapping scale, GIS submission standards and field data cards close the document.
