Chapter A2 of the City of Brampton's City-Wide Urban Design Guidelines, published as its own PDF among the Part A sections on the city's urban design guidelines page. It states what the 2025 guidelines consolidate from the 2003 Development Design Guidelines, and the design topics they articulate: street and block pattern, community focal points, the interface with natural heritage, parks and open space, the public realm, and low-, mid- and high-rise and mixed-use forms. A second part describes their non-statutory standing beside Brampton Plan and the comprehensive zoning by-law.

What it covers

  • The City-Wide Urban Design Guidelines (2025)
  • Implementation and Alignment
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
