Part C of the City of Brampton's city-wide urban design guidelines, the volume on site organization and built form. It opens with the built form policy framework — the Brampton 2040 Vision, intensification and the angular planes applied in sensitive contexts — and the guiding principles, then the guidance common to every built form: private open space, amenity areas, lighting, accessibility, safety, public art, built heritage context, bird-friendly design, garbage and recycling. Separate chapters follow for low-rise, mid-rise, high-rise, non-residential and mixed-use development. Part B carries sustainable community design.
