Part B of the City of Brampton's city-wide urban design guidelines, the volume on sustainable community design. It opens with the city structure Brampton Plan sets out — centres, boulevards, corridors, community areas, employment areas and the natural heritage system — then follows the four categories of the Sustainable New Communities Program. Chapters address compact development, 15-minute neighbourhoods, blocks, lotting and rear lanes, walkability, transit supportive design, streetscapes, recreational trails, park ownership models and the urban forest. Part C carries site organization and built form.
