The City of Brampton's development charges by-law for transit services, numbered 117-2024 and printed as an office consolidation with amendment 190-2024, repealing by-law 134-2019 as it comes into force on August 2, 2024. Its two windows carry the sharpest step in the city's set: schedule 'A' charges $9,375 for a single or semi and $28.00 per square metre to January 1, 2025, while schedule 'A1' from January 2, 2025 onwards charges $16,187 for the same unit, with $5,634 for a small apartment.
