The City of Brampton's notice of the annualized adjustments to the land values used in calculating cash-in-lieu of parkland, effective January 1, 2015. Section A describes the city-wide rates applied where development proceeds under sections 51.1 or 53 of the Planning Act, valued the day prior to draft plan approval; Section B covers section 42 development, valued the day before building permit issuance. Table 1 lists the per-acre values for single detached, rowhouse, apartment, commercial, institutional and industrial land, from $600,000 to $1,600,000.
