An appendix drawing to the City of Brampton Sign By-law, showing in plan view the two triangular areas a sign is kept clear of. One view measures 15 m along each property boundary from the projected intersection of two highways; the other measures 6 m along the property boundary and the edge of a driveway where a driveway meets a highway. Each carries the by-law's own wording for what the term means, and both are drawn not to scale.

What it covers

  • Visibility Triangle at Street Intersection
  • Visibility Triangle at Driveway and Street Intersection
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
