Brampton's terms of reference for a grading and drainage plan — the drawing showing existing elevations on a property and adjoining lands and the proposed changes to them. Published with the city's Development Application Guidelines, it sets the plan's content in four blocks: metric scale; general information with the standard City of Brampton title block and key plan; existing man-made and natural features with tree hoarding zones; and detailed information covering finished floor and basement floor elevations, overland flow routes, swales, flood lines and sump pump discharge.
