Brampton's terms of reference for traffic studies, the copy carried on the city's Development Application Guidelines page rather than its guidelines and manuals page. The full traffic impact study runs from a site description through 5, 10 and 20 year volume analysis, trip generation using ITE rates or three proxy sites, capacity analysis, sight distance, safety audit and functional design. A shorter section handles school sites, and a third places of worship, with a parking survey of three proxy sites at weekday and weekend peaks.
