Brampton's terms of reference for a zoning compliance letter — the letter confirming a property's zoning, its permitted uses and the other regulations that apply, and, where it reflects a proposed development, identifying non-compliance that points toward revisions, the committee of adjustment or a zoning by-law amendment. Unlike the other terms of reference in this set, the letter is produced by City of Brampton staff rather than a consultant, through a separate application to the building division of the Planning, Building and Growth Management department with the applicable fee.
