The City of Brampton's notice used where a permit and the work proposed in a condominium unit affect the building's common elements. Addressed to the Chief Building Official, it records the building permit application number, the location and unit, the unit owner, the registered business or corporation and its operating name, and the work proposed — unit finish, interior alteration adding gross floor area, additional units, exterior signage, change of use, temporary structures and façade alterations. The condominium corporation's authorized signing officer signs the acknowledgement and authorization.
