The City of Brampton's Site Alteration By-law, numbered 119-2024, office-consolidated with By-laws 99-2025 and 129-2026, repealing By-laws 143-95 and 30-92. Its recitals list twelve purposes, from protecting agricultural resources and natural heritage features to managing excess soil and designating haul routes. The by-law separates a small scale from a large scale site alteration permit, covers the prohibited areas and potential contamination sections, permit conditions, expiry, renewal and transfer, and attaches five schedules for fees, the application, permit terms, agreements and erosion control. The extract ends at page 22 of 39.
