The Northwest Sandalwood Parkway Secondary Plan, secondary plan area 2(a), in the City of Brampton's office consolidation of December 2025. Chapter 2(a) and schedule SP2(a) of the 1993 official plan cover about 168 hectares between McLaughlin Road and the Canadian Pacific Railway, south of Mayfield Road and north of Sandalwood Parkway. The chapter is built on the Fletchers Creek subwatershed management study, recognises the redevelopment of previously designated industrial lands, and sets development principles for residential and related uses, transportation policies, implementation and interpretation.
