The Goreway Drive Corridor Secondary Plan, secondary plan area 39, in the City of Brampton's office consolidation. Chapter 39 and schedules SP39(a) and SP39(b) of the 1984 official plan cover roughly 115 acres on both sides of Goreway Drive from Highway 7 to north of Automatic Road. Its land use principles run through residential, institutional, intermediate office, business, highway and service commercial, open space and four special policy areas, followed by shared parking, urban design guidelines, aircraft noise and height limitations, the transportation network and municipal services.
