The City of Brampton's by-law imposing fees and charges across the corporation, numbered 193-2024 and printed as an office consolidation with amendments 1-2025, 201-2025 and 28-2026. Although the city links it as the user fee by-law 380-2003, section 3 repeals that earlier by-law. Nine schedules carry the rates: community services, corporate support services, legislative services, public works and engineering, planning, building and growth management, transit, the office of the CAO, and two stormwater schedules. Schedule A was replaced by by-law 28-2026.
