A one-page Kitchener form, Attachment #1 to the Municipal Stormwater Management System Post-Construction Verification Checklist, for recording one low impact development installation. It carries fields for the LID identifier, LID type and location by road or intersection, then a table of inspection items on soil and filter media, dimensions, observation wells, vegetation, debris, infiltration rate and storm event inspection, each with an Included column. The City links it from its sanitary and stormwater system alterations page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
