The City of Kitchener's list of Conditions Required for Issuance of Site Plan Approval, an eight-page document in two parts. Part A lists the conditions the owner agrees to fulfil before any grading, covering erosion and sediment control, tree management, a Grand River Conservation Authority permit and utility easements. Part B lists those before site plan approval, among them grading and drainage, stormwater, landscape plan, lighting and the cost estimate and letter of credit. The City links it from its Site plans page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
