The City of Kitchener's Stamp Plan 'A' Application, a 19-page form from Development & Housing Approvals for minor building or structure additions, minor renovations with site works such as a change of use, and temporary sales centres, processed under Section 41 of the Planning Act. It has the submission requirements, extra items for model homes and temporary sales centres, a fee calculation, and application information for the property, land use, owner, applicant and consultants. It is the lighter counterpart of the Full Site Plan form.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
