The City of Kitchener's one-page Site Development Works Certification Form for the acoustical study engineer or consultant. The consultant certifies to the City that the recommendations of the Noise Study have been installed on site, that noise from the stationary source (an intercom ordering station) stays within the maximum levels in the City's Urban Design Standards and Policies at the property line, and that mitigation measures function as designed. It closes with a signature and seal block and a copy list of the other consultants.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
