The City of Kitchener's two-page Site Development Works Certification Form for the CPTED consultant (crime prevention through environmental design). The consultant certifies to the City that the measures in the approved CPTED Report have been installed on site and work as designed. A table records the dollar value of outstanding work and the date of completion or inspection for access control, surveillance, territorial reinforcement and maintenance. It has a deviations note and a signature and seal block, and parallels the City's other consultant certification forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
