Overview

The City of Kitchener's two-page Off-Site Works Maintenance Package Checklist for Initial Acceptance, revised January 2024. Its Request Form header records the date, developer, address and consultant, then a table lists items with Yes and N/A columns and comments: the engineer's letter of certification, inspection reports, sewers, water, roads, asphalt and concrete curbing and sidewalk, with testing items such as compaction, CCTV, mandrel and Marshall results. Notes follow. It sits with the City's other off-site works documents.
