The City of Kitchener's five-page post construction verification checklist for alterations to a municipal stormwater management system under its Consolidated Linear Infrastructure environmental compliance approval. After project background, construction phases and project scope, it lists inspection and testing records for storm sewers, low impact development, oil and grit separators and stormwater management facilities, then an applicant acknowledgement. Its three attachments are separate Kitchener forms for each LID, OGS and SWMF installation.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
