Overview

The City of Kitchener's one-page Standard Title Block Layer Properties and Content table for digital site plan drawings. For each CAD layer name, such as BEARINGS_DIST, PROPERTY_LINE, PROPOSED_BUILD and TITLEBLOCK_TXT, it gives the colour index, linetype, a layer description and the entity types. Layers cover survey, existing and proposed structures, parking, services, stormwater management, fire and wetlands. It matches the layer tables in the City's Parkland Dedication Policy and supports site plan submissions.
