Overview

The City of Brampton's 2018 terms of reference for two environmental studies tied to section 4.6 of its Official Plan: the environmental implementation report prepared at block plan stage, and the environmental impact study prepared where development may affect a natural heritage feature. It sets out the four parts each report contains, executive summary, background information, impact assessment and mitigation, and monitoring and overall benefit summary, with the natural features inventory, constraints mapping and water balance. Report format, mapping, GIS submission standards and field data cards close it.
