Overview

The City of Brampton's Terms of Reference: Community Services and Facilities Study, linked as the community infrastructure impact study. The study identifies the schools, libraries, child care, recreation centres and human services a new residential proposal draws on, under section 3.1 of the Official Plan, prepared by a Registered Professional Planner. It sets out census-based demographic and housing tables, a child care space calculation from the population aged 0 to 4, library radii of 1.5 to 3 kilometres, a contextual development map, a facilities inventory and a gap analysis.
