The City of Brampton's guide for landowners, developers and consultants developing public open space: parks, streetscapes, buffers, trails, cemeteries, woodlands, valleylands and stormwater facilities. Part I treats subdivision development, working through boulevards and street trees, the park typology from city parks to vest pocket parks, natural heritage, stormwater management facilities, tableland trees and recreational trails, then the landscape submissions, construction and acceptance sequence. Part 2 repeats that structure for site plan development by land use. Appendices carry the plant chart, fencing and wall standards, and certification forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
