Overview

Brampton's digital submission standards for landscape plans, the drawing standard for landscaping and amenities in parks, open spaces and boulevards, issued by Planning, Design & Development so plans load into the City's Corporate GIS. It describes one PDF per sheet at 24 by 36 inches and one georeferenced MicroStation DGN or AutoCAD DWG in UTM Zone 17 NAD83, metric and unscaled, notes on plan registration and subdivision assumption, then the level structure itself: hundreds of GIS_ layer names for curbs, survey monuments, contours, fencing, tree species, playgrounds and sports fields.
