Overview

The City of Brampton Planning and Development Services Division's guidance for applicants re-submitting a proposal during site plan review, dated April 2019. It explains the five comment labels used in a site plan report (ACTN, ATCH, COND, DWGN and INFO), the numbered re-submission steps built around a detailed cover letter answering each comment and the planner's approval before delivery, and a Site Plan Resubmission Package Guide chart mapping each drawing, report and study to the City groups that receive a copy.
