Overview

The City of Brampton's Sustainable Summary Submission Terms of Reference, issued under its Sustainable Community Design Guidelines. The summary gives staff a brief overview of an application's sustainability performance and points to the component studies where each target can be verified. The terms describe the submission process from pre-consultation through formal submission and revisions, then the summary's own sections: an introduction, a declaration of the score against Brampton's Bronze and Silver thresholds, four sections matching the Sustainability Assessment Tool categories with mandatory, recommended minimum and aspirational targets, and a conclusion.
