The City of Brampton's Terms of Reference: Functional Servicing Report, five pages on the report that reviews functional serviceability for a proposed development, water and wastewater capacity, the storm drainage system and the upgrades that follow. It names the application streams, including a capacity analysis for site plan control where sanitary drainage changes, and a registered professional engineer qualified in municipal engineering as preparer. Eleven sections follow, from grading through water, sanitary, storm and stormwater management to utilities, geotechnical findings and erosion control, with nine figures and ten appendices.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
