Overview

The City of Brampton's Terms of Reference: Housing Assessment Report, three pages on the HAR, which shows how a larger or phased residential development of 50 units or more meets the City's housing objectives under Housing Brampton and Brampton Plan. Prepared by a Registered Professional Planner, it has five sections: an introduction with unit numbers, tenure, bedroom counts, prices or rents and amenities; affordable housing against provincial, regional and municipal targets; planning rationale; summary and recommendations; and supporting information. It may sit inside a planning justification report.
