The City of Brampton's Terms of Reference: Land Use Compatibility Study, three pages on the assessment of air quality, odour, dust, noise and vibration where a new sensitive land use is proposed near employment areas, and of the limits it could place on those operations. Built on the MECP D-Series guidelines and worst-case modelling, its content list runs from industrial uses within 1000 metres with their D-6 classifications, compliance approvals and emission summaries, through air dispersion and noise modelling, to mitigation at the source and in site and building design.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
