The City of Brampton's terms of reference for an area plan — the detailed land use study that guides development across an area under section 5.6 of the official plan, addressing land use, the natural heritage system, development pattern and standards, access, rights-of-way, site servicing, compatibility and urban design. It lists the seven circumstances that bring one into play, from multiple landowners to a proposed rapid transit station, and sets six report sections running from executive summary through integral elements and a planning rationale to a conceptual layout.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
