Overview

The City of Brampton's terms of reference for a concept site plan, the scaled drawing that shows a project site with its proposed land uses, buildings, access, streets, circulation, open spaces and hard and soft landscaping. It groups the features the drawing illustrates: existing and proposed buildings differentiated by linework, cantilevers and canopies, below grade structures and ramps, easements, reserves and road widenings, ravine limits and natural heritage features, vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle circulation, transit stops, and loading, garbage, recycling and organics areas.
