City of Toronto By-law 1491-2025, a short corrective by-law amending By-law 1260-2024, the mid-rise avenues amendment to Zoning By-law 569-2013. Its recitals record that Schedules A and B of that by-law reached parts of 2793, 2795, 2797 and 2799 Bathurst Street, lands already carrying site specific exception CR 355 approved by the Ontario Land Tribunal, and that the City Solicitor identified this as a technical error. Two clauses delete those lands from tile 343 of Schedule A and Schedule B.
