The City of Toronto's application for a permit to injure or remove trees, published on the City's tree and ravine permit path beside its ravine and natural feature application. It records the district office and ward, property owner and applicant details, and the owner's authorization where an arborist or agent applies. A table lists each tree by number, diameter and type — city, private or boundary/neighbour — and separate non-construction and construction fee scales set the per-tree amounts. Attachment checklists close it.
