The joint declaration authorized by Chapter 662 of the Toronto Municipal Code, licensing of rental renovations, signed by both the rental renovation licence applicant and the tenant of the unit. It records the applicant, the rental unit with its bedroom count and current rent, the dates the N13 notice was served and the tenant information notice posted, and the tenant's statement on returning to the unit. Three schedules follow: a tenant accommodation plan, a compensation plan built on the rent gap, and lump sum compensation.
