The City of Toronto's application for a property information report, the records search taken for a purchase, refinancing or other stated reason. It records the property, its legal description, assessed and new owners, present use, a closing date, applicant details and a payment method, and prints what the report returns: zoning designation, active sign, building and Committee of Adjustment permits and applications, outstanding orders or violation files from building and Municipal Licensing & Standards, and Committee of Adjustment decisions or history. Mailed applications go to the North York Civic Centre.
