The City of Toronto's three-page record of a solar domestic hot water system's certified plans, a companion on the permit path to the city's SDHW backflow prevention device test report. It captures the product, installation type and collector count, the manufacturer's technical contact, system class, subclass, freeze protection and package type, and certification to CSA F379, SRCC OG300 or Solar Keymark where it exists. Heat transfer fluid, tank volume, heat exchanger and collector detail follow, closing with mechanical and structural submission lists for certified and non-certified systems.
